FLAVOUR: The Wyke Whisky cheddar is rich and creamy but still has a slight crumble to it. The whisky aromas are clear and crisp leaving a slight tingle on the roof of the mouth and a lingering taste.
HOW TO ENJOY: The 100g waxed truckle format makes it easy to enjoy on the go or as an afternoon snack. Enjoy with apple slices, apples pair well with the salt of the cheddar and compliments the whisky flavour as well. Dried fruits and nuts also go well with this one.
